Bu programlara uygun ders kitapları çeşitli zamanlarda basılmış, okullarda okutulmuştur. Ali Canip Yöntem, 1924 Türkçe-Edebiyat Programının liselerin I. Sınıf programına uygun olarak tür ve şekil bilgisi öğretimine yönelik Edebiyat adlı ders kitabını yazmıştır. Ali Canip’in yazdığı ders kitabı, daha sonraki program değişiklikleriyle de uygun hale getirilerek 1943 yılına kadar 14 baskı yapmış, okullarda ders kitabı olarak okutulmuştur. Ali Canip Yöntem, 1931 ve 1934’de iki defa basılan Türk Edebiyatı Antolojisi’ni; yardımcı ders kitabı olarak da Türk Edebiyatından Numuneler: Naima Tarihi (1927), Leyla ve Mecnun (1927), Cihan Edebiyatından Numuneler: Epope ve Edebî Nevilere Dair Malumat (1927) adlı kitapları kaleme almıştır. Araştırma, Ali Canip Yöntem’in yazdığı ders ve yardımcı ders kitapları ile Cumhuriyet dönemindeki edebiyat öğretimine yaptığı katkıları ortaya koymayı amaçlamaktadır.After the decleration of republic and as a result of the cultural revolution in 1924, the programs of the primary and secondary level schools were replanned. The coursebooks appropriate for these programs were published at various times and used at schools. Ali Canip Yöntem penned the coursebook entitled ‘Literature’ to be used in the teaching of type and form in literature in accordance with the 1924 ninth grade Turkish-Literature Program. The published 14 times with necessary modifications until 1943 and used at schools as a corsebook. Ali Canip Yöntem penned his Turkish Literature Antology published twice in 1931 and 1934 and also as a workbook he penned the books entitled ‘Samples from Turkish Literature: Naima History (1927), Leyla and Mecnun (1927)’, and ‘Samples from Cihan Literature: Knowledge about Epope and Literary Types (1927).
