Generally, ocular surface squamous neoplasia in kidney transplant patients is associated with skin lesions. We report a case of ocular surface squamous neoplasia without skin lesions in a kidney transplant recipient. Systematic periodic ophthalmic evaluation of recipients may help ensure the early diagnosis of subtle ocular surface squamous neoplasia.eninfo:eu-repo/semantics/closedAccessTransplantationMalignancyOcular surface squamous neoplasiaRenal transplantComplicationSkin cancerOrgan transplantCell carcinomaAdultCarcinoma, squamous cellConjunctival neoplasmsEarly diagnosisHumansImmunosuppressionKidney transplantationMalePrognosisIsolated ocular surface squamous neoplasia in a renal transplant recipientArticle0003104121000152-s2.0-8486727086950650710522920189TransplantationConjunctiva; Interferon Alpha-2; NevusEye dropsMitomycin cMycophenolic acid 2 morpholinoethyl esterPrednisoloneTacrolimusAdultArticleCancer sizeCase reportDisease durationEarly diagnosisEye biopsyEye cancerEye examinationEye rednessEye surgeryEye swellingFollow upGraft recipientHemodialysisHistopathologyHumanHuman tissueImmunosuppressive treatmentKidney failureKidney graft rejectionKidney transplantationLiving donorMaleOcular surface squamous neoplasiaPostoperative careSkin defectSkin examinationSlit lampSquamous cell carcinomaTreatment duration
