En uygun doz ve staz zamanı tesbit edilerek trombus oluşturuldu.The aim of this study was to develop a thrombus pattern which will provide basis for several pharmacological and pathological experiments. Vena facialis and vena jugularis externa in rabbits were isolated in situ. In various doses rabbit brain thromboplastin was injected into the ear vein. Thrombus was formed by stasis. The isolated segment of vena jugularis was dissected and clot formation was evaluated subjectively as one plus (+) to five (+++++).
