Karaciğerden alınan örneklerde deney sonucunda; 24 ve 48 saat oda sıcaklığında (20°C) Orth solüsyonunda veya 24 saat 44°C'de Orth solüsyonu ve tuzlu-formalinde veya 4 ve 8 gün oda sıcaklığında Orth solüsyonu ve tuzlu-formalinde fikse edilen parçalarda glikojenin en iyi şekilde korunduğu gösterildi.In this study, the effects of various fixatives on the fixation of liver glycogen in different environmental conditions and of different fixation time was investigated and the results were compared in order to determine the best method.
