Uludağ Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Dergisi, 19(2), 225-232.http://hdl.handle.net/11452/26318Bu çalışmada 1985-1990 yılların arasında Uludağ Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi İç Hastalıkları Anabilim Dalı Nefroloji Kliniğine Nefrotik Sendrom ön tanısı ile tetkik edilen 83 olgu klinik, laboratuvar ve histopatolojik olarak incelenmiştir. 0lgularımızın ortalama proteinleri 6.1 + 3.3 gr/gün, serum total proteinleri 5.3 + 1.2 gr/dl serum albuminleri 2.2 + 0.9 gr/dl, serum kolesterol düzeyi de 308 + 75 mg/dl, kreatinin klirensi ise 65.9 + 25.8 ml/dk idi. Olgularımız renal histopatolojik incelemesinde ise; 27 olguda (% 32) Renal amyloidosis, 15 olguda (% 18) Membranöz Glomerulonefrit, 9 olguda (% 10) Membranoproliferative Glomerulonephritis, 7 olguda (% 8) End-Stage Glomerulonefrit, 6 olguda (% 7) Minimal değişiklik hastalığı, 5 olguda (% 6) Focal Segmental Glomerulosclerosis, 5 olguda (% 6) Sistemik Lupus Eritematozus bağlı Proliferatif Glomerulonefrit, 4 olguda (% 4) Mesangial Proliferative Glomerulonefrit, 3 olguda (% 3) Rapidly Progressive Glomerulfrit ve 2 olguda(% 2) Focal Segmental Proliferative Glomerulonephritis saptandı.83 patients with nephrotic syndrome who hospitalized in Uludağ University Medical Faculty Nephrology Department between 1985-1990 years were evaluated clinically, in laboratory and histopathologically. In our cases mean age was 33.6 + 15, mean proteinüria was 6.1 T 3.3 gr/day, mean serum proteins was 5.3 + 1.2 gr/dl., mean serum albumins was 2.2 + 0.9 gr/dl mean serum cholesterol level was 308 + 75 mg dl and mean creatinine clearance was 65.9 + 25.8 ml/min.
