Bu tip hematomların tedavileri ve cerrahi girişimin sonucu tartışıldı.We are presenting two roses of acute intracerebellar heamatoma who had brain stem compression signs and had no spontaneous respiration when they were admitted. After prompt surgical removal of heamatoma both of them recovered with minimal neurological sequelae.
