Bu çalışmanın amacı; hasta güvenliğinin önemini vurgulayarak, kurumlarda hasta güvenliği kültürü oluşturulmasının önemini ve bu konuda hemşirelere düşen rol ve sorumlulukları ortaya koymaktır.Development of the patient safety culture which holds an important place in the success of institutions.
