Primer Pulmoner Hipertansiyon nadir görülen bir hastalık olması nedeni ile olgu takdim edilmiş ve ilgili literatür gözden geçirilmiştir.A thirty three years oldlemale patient who had complaints of exertional dyspnea and dizziness for three years was admitted to our clinic. Before the establishment of the diagnosis of Primary Pulmonary Hypertension through invasive and noninvasive methods, she was being followed as a neurovegetative dystonia.
