Dans la présente étude, des méthodes de comparaison descriptives, relationnelles et causales issues de méthodes de recherche qualitatives ont été appliquées. Les données dans le cadre de la recherche ont été obtenues auprès d'un total de 50 étudiants à l'aide d'une enquête d'attitude développée par le chercheur. L'analyse des données de l'enquête a été effectuée avec la version du logiciel statistique SPSS 26.0.0.0, et des méthodes telles que Mann-Whitney 2 Independent Sample Test, Kruskal Wallis K Independent Sample Test et Spearman Correlation Analysis ont été utilisées pour obtenir les données. Selon les données maintenues à partir de la recherche, la majorité des étudiants étrangers participant à la recherche ont déclaré qu'ils étaient satisfaits de l'éducation en ligne. De plus, les étudiants étaient plus satisfaits de l'enseignement en ligne que de l'enseignement en présentiel. D'autre part, il a été constaté qu'il n'y avait pas de relation significative entre les niveaux de satisfaction de l’enseignement en ligne des étudiants apprenant le turc et les variables sociodémographiques. Enfin, aucune relation significative n'a été trouvée entre les niveaux de satisfaction comparés des étudiants turcs et les variables sociodémographiques.The aim of this study is to investigate student satisfaction regarding the education of Turkish as a foreign language during the pandemic caused by Covid-19. In the study, descriptive, relational and causal comparison methods from qualitative research methods were applied. The data within the scope of the research were obtained from a total of 50 students using an attitude scale developed by the researcher. The analysis of the survey data was made with the statistical software version SPSS 26.0.0.0, and methods such as Mann-Whitney 2 Independent Sample Test, Kruskal Wallis K Independent Sample Test and Spearman Correlation Analysis were used in obtaining the data. According to data maintained from the research, the majority of international students participating in the research said they were satisfied with online education. Additionally, students were more satisfied with online instruction than face-to-face instruction. On the other hand, it was found that there was no significant relationship between online education satisfaction levels of students learning Turkish and socio-demographic variables. Finally, no significant relationship was found between the compared satisfaction levels of Turkish students and socio-demographic variables.Bu çalışmanın amacı Covid-19 kaynaklı olarak yaşanan pandemi sürecinde Türkçenin yabancı dil olarak eğitimine ilişkin öğrenci memnuniyetini araştırmaktır. Çalışmada nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden betimsel, bağıntısal ve nedensel karşılaştırma yöntemleri uygulanmıştır. Araştırma kapsamındaki veriler araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen bir tutumölçeği kullanılarak toplam 50 öğrenciden elde edilmiştir. Anket verilerinin analizi istatistiksel yazılım programı olan SPSS 26.0.0.0 versiyonu ile yapılmış ve verilerin elde edilmesinde istatistiksel yöntemlerden Mann-Whitney 2 Bağımsız Örneklem Testi, Kruskal Wallis K Bağımsız Örneklem Testi ve Spearman Korelasyon Analizi gibi yöntemler kullanılmıştır. Araştırmadan elde edilen verilere göre, araştırmaya katılan yabancı öğrencilerin büyük çoğunluğu, çevrimiçi eğitimden memnun olduğunu belirtmiştir. Ayrıca öğrenciler yüz yüze öğretime kıyasla çevrimiçi öğretimden daha fazla memnun kalmışlardır. Diğer taraftan Türkçe öğrenen öğrencilerin memnuniyet düzeyleri ile sosyo demografik değişkenler arasında anlamlı bir ilişki olmadığı bulunmuştur.
