The causal pathophysiology of perirenal fluid accumulation in patients with tetralogy of Fallot is unidentified. As a result of comprehensive examinations we establish that perirenal fluid develops due to high hematocrit. Perirenal fluid did not relapse after repeated phlebotomy treatment. Our case is the first to describe the combination of tetralogy of Fallot and perirenal fluid accumulation in the literature.eninfo:eu-repo/semantics/closedAccessPerirenal fluidTetralogy of fallotPolycythemiaGeneral & internal medicineBilateral perirenal fluid accumulation associated with tetralogy of fallotArticle000419796200006798014310.29333/ejgm/1553
