Central nervous system involvement occurs in Hand-Schuller-Christian disease and Letterer-Siwe syndrome. LCH of the orbita is reported to be rare in childhood. A one-;year old boy who had pure bone involvement is presented here and the diagnostic and therapeutic approaches are discussed in the light of the literature.eninfo:eu-repo/semantics/closedAccessNeurosciences & neurologyAn orbital Langerhan's histiocytosis case of the childhoodArticleA1997BJ48C00376218521891-2Clinical neurology
