Olguların 92'sinde Rotavirus (% 35.2) 65'inde Salmonella (% 24.9) saptandı. Izole edilen Salmonella'ların 62'si S. typhimurium, ikisi S. enteritidis, biri S. augustenburg (Türkiye'de ilk izolasyon) idi. Olgulardan ETEC (ST) suşu izole edilmedi.Rotavirus, Salmonella, heat-stable toxin (ST) producing enterotoxigenic E. coli (ETEC) were investigated in 261 children with diarrhea. Rotavirus was found in 92 cases (% 35.2), Salmonella was isolated in 65 Cages (% 24.9). 62 of the Salmonella isolates were S. typhimurium, two were S. enteritidis and one was S. augustenburg (first isolation in Turkey).
