Sonuçta, doğal antijenlere karşı lenfoid dokularda ve RES'de meydana gelen proliferation ve bağ dokusu artımı, yapay antijenlerle de meydana gelebileceği kanısını vermiştir. Yapay antijenlere karş parankimatöz organlarda görülen hücre dejenerasyonları, stromada bağ dokusu ortamı ile beraber görülen lenfosit ve plazmosit infiltrasyonları, özellikle böbrek glomerüllerinde görülen bazal membran kalınlaşması ile stromadaki kapiller damarları kalınlaşması lenfosit, plazmosit infiltrasyonları, otoimmün hastalıklarda görülen histopatolojik değişiklikler uymaktadır.The lymphoid tissues and some parenchymatous organs of the rabbits immunized by arsanil-azo pseudo globulin, an artificial antigen were examined histopathologically. In this study, it was concluded that the RES proliferation in the lymphoid tissues and the increase in the connective tissues caused by natural antigens, could also be executed by artificial antigens.
