Sağ orbitozigomatik kraniotomi ile rezeksiyonu yapılan lezyonun histopatolojik tanısı matür teratom olarak raporlandı. Teratomlar, sella tursikada görülmesi beklenmeyen tümörlendendir. Sella tursika lokalizasyonunda matür teratom oldukça nadir görülür.A 28-year-old woman presented with short stature, growth retardation and visual problems. An intrasellar mass lesion that entirely located in the sella and streamed to the parasellar region was found on imaging studies. Right orbitozygomatic craniotomy was done. Histologic examination diagnosed a mature teratoma. Teratomas arising within the sella turcica are uncommon.
