Yazıda üç olgumuzun analizi yapılarak literatür gözden geçirilmiştir.The incidence of this disease with choledocoduodenal junction tumors is increasing. Because of the earlier symptoms, better answers to the surgery and better prognosis differs from cancer of the pancreas. The Whipple operation is the best choice of the surgery.
