Kontrol grubunda 20 fareden 18'i gebe kalırken, ilaç uygulanan 40 fareden hiçbiri gebe kalmadı.In this study the effects of clomiphene citrate on the estrous cycles and fertility of mice, has been investigated. Compound was ad ministered 1 or 2 days before coupulation and ovulation. Dose of 2.0 mg/ kg/day interrupted the estrous cycle of mice.
