International Cherry Symposium’da bildiri olarak sunulmuştur. The aim of this research was to determine the effects of combinations of low O-2 and high CO2 in the storage atmosphere on the storage quality of '0900 Ziraat' sweet cherry (Prunus avium L.). The fruit were placed in six different %CO2:%O-2 atmosphere combinations (0:21 [control], 5:5, 10:5, 15:5, 20:5, 25:5) at 0 +/- 0.5 degrees C and 90 +/- 5% relative humidity for up to 60 days. The fruit was stored more successfully in 20:5 and 25:5 treatments than in other treatments. Accordingly, it is recommended that the levels of CO2 for the storage of '0900 Ziraat' should be increased above 15% in CA storage.eninfo:eu-repo/semantics/closedAccessCarbon-dioxidePhysiologyResponsesQualityOxygenPrunus aviumO-2Co2Fruit qualityScience & technologyLife sciences & biomedicinePlant sciencesHorticulturePlant sciencesAgricultureDetermination of controlled atmosphere storage conditions for '0900 ziraat' sweet cherry fruitProceedings Paper0002604829001388558591, 2795
