Ulusal Behçet Hastalığı Kongresinde bildiri olarak sunulmuştur.Takip ve tedavi ettiğimiz 130 Behçet hastalıklı hastanın ikisinde Vena Cava Superior Sendromu saptandı. Yapılan venogramlarda, birinci olgumuzda (M.K.) internal juguler vein kısmen tromboze olduğu, vena cava superiorun tamamen tıkalı olduğu belirgin interkostal kollateral geliştiği gözlendi. İkinci olgumuzda (K.S.) sol innominate venin klavikulanın baş kısmından itibaren tıkalı olduğu ve üst azigoz sistemin geliştiği gözlendi.During the treatment and follow-up of 130 patients with Behçet 's Disease superior vena cava syndrome was diagnosed in the two of them.
