Süt sığırlarında toplanan serumlar Neospora caninum antikorları yönünden competetive ELİSA (cELİSA) kiti ile test edilmiştir. Bu yöntem ile 92 sığır serumunun 10’unde (%9.2), seropozitiflik saptanmıştır.This study was carried out in order to detect Neospora caninum in the Sakarya province between February-July 2003. The sera collected from the cows were examined for N.caninum antibodies by the cELISA.
