Bu tezde bir tekstil işletmesinde ISO 9001 Kalite Güvence Sis temi kurmak için TS EN ISO 9001 standardı doğrultusunda yapılması gereken çalışmalar incelenmiş ve bu sistemi kurup belge almaya hak kazanmış tekstil firmalarında gözlemlenen uygulamalara, karşılaşılan zorluklara ve bu sistemin sağladığı kazançlara yer verilmiştir.Textile companies have to improve themselves continuously in order to survive in the market in todays conditions. There are a lot of ways on the road of this continuous improvement and one of these ways is certainly the application of ISO 9000 Quality Assurance System Standards to the company.
