Toplam stajilokok sayısı ortalama 4.5 tr/g., koagülaz pozitif stafilokok sayısı ortalama . olarak bulundu.Staph. aureus ve E. coli suşlannın çeşitli antibiyotiklere gösterdikleri duyarlılık ve dirençlilik özellikleri Tablo I'de gösterilmektir.Chicken tlıigs presented to c01ısumption in various markets in Bursa were examined nıicrobiologically from tlıe aspect of colifomıs, Eschericlıia coli type I, total staphylococcus, Staphylococcus aureus and tlıe antibiotic susceptibility of the isolated and identified straius were determined. In the samples analyzed, the average colifonn count was found 19.x104/g. in which 32.35 % was Eschrichia coli type I. The average total staphylococcus and the average coagulase positive staphylococcus were fowıd as 4.5rl/g. and 3/g. respectively.
