Much greather patient comfort when the dressing is first removed and much better quality of regenerated skin were seen under Kaltostat dressings. It was concluded that Kaltostat is superior to Jelonet as a dressing for split-thickness skin graft donor sites.eninfo:eu-repo/semantics/closedAccessSurgeryKaltostatCalcium alginateJelonetParaffin gauzeSplit-thickness skin graft donor siresDressingsComparing Kaltostat with Jelonet in the treatment of split-thickness skin graft donor sitesArticleA1997XW439000122-s2.0-0030808607260263205SurgerySkin Grafts; Bandages; Hydrocolloid DressingCalcium alginateJelonetAdolescentAdultAgedArticleChildClinical articleClinical trialControlled clinical trialControlled studyDonor siteFemaleHumanMalePriority journalRandomized controlled trialSplit thickness skin graftTimeWound dressingWound healingWound infection
