Bu araştırmada bir tez tanıtım formu oluşturularak konunun tartışmaya açılması amaçlanmıştır.Graduation thesis are prepared by the senior student at various faculties of the Universities. Neither the student nor the faculty members are informed about the past ones. When the time passes it becomes more difficult to follow them. The main reason of this problem is based on the lack of the general presentation of these documents.
