Materyal olarak yetiştirici elinde bulunan 61 inek kullanıldı. ineklere 11 gün ara ile 2 kez 15 mg Luprostiol (PGF2a) enjekte edildi. Östrus gösterenler 4 gruba ayrıldı. Birinci grupta bulunanlara tohumlamadan hemen sonra 10 mcg Buserelin, 2. ve 3. gruptakilere de 2500 veya 5000 lU HCG uygulandı. 4. grup ise kontrol olarak bırakıldı. inekler birincisi östrus'un başlamasından 6-12 saat sonra, ikincisi de ilk tohumlamadan 8-12 saat sonra olmak üzere iki kez tohuml andı. 60 gün sonra rektal muayene ile gebe olanlar belirlendi. 4 grupta sırasıyla % 73.9, 70.0; 70.0 ve 50.0 gebelik oranı saptandı.In this investigation, the effects of Gonadotropin Releasing Hormon (GnRH) and Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) applied at the time of insemination on the fertility of cows. 61 cows were used as the material. Oestrus was induced by injecting 15 mg Luprostiol (PGF2a) twice at 11 days interval. Cows showing oestrus signs were divided into 4 groups. Cows in the first group were treated with 10 mcg Buserelin and in the 2. and 3. groups cows were treated with 2500 or 5000 IU HCG just after the inseminations. The fourth group saved as control. Cows in all groups inseminated twice, first 6-12 hours after the beginning of the oestrus and second 8-12 hours after the first insemination. Conceptions were examined 60 days after inseminations.
