P-cymene (40.7%) and thymoquinone (20.32%) were the major components of the essential oil from Nigella sativa L.Nigella sativa L.’nin esansiyel yağları İran’da bulunan Kürd Dağları’ndan hidrodistilasyon yöntemi ile toplanmıştır. Yağ GC/MS yöntemi kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir.
