Özetle, direkt radyolojik bulgu vermiyen, fakat muntazam olmıyan bitemporal hemianopsi gösteren, sisternografide supraseller hava birikmesi olan durumlarda arachnoid kist' i de hatırlanmalı ve araştırmalar buna göre düzenlenmelidir.A rarely seen SAC case has been presented. For this purpose the diagnostic tests of SAC has been reweived. The Etio-pathogenetic aspects of the disease has been discussed. The dif. diagnosis of SAC with the most confused other cases has been made.
