Abstract
Bu çalışma, hidrolik enjeksiyon preslerinin ana elemanları ve sistemin denetimiyle ilgilidir. Çalışmada üç değişik hidrolik pompanın verimlilik karşılaştırılması yapılmıştır. En etkin hidrolik pompa hidrolik akümülator ile beraber seçilmiş ve hidrolik enjeksiyon presi tasarlanmıştır. Tasarım aşamaları esnasında, ürün kalitesini ve denetim sisteminin hassasiyetini artırmak amacıyla kapama silindiri için bir oransal valf seçilmiştir. Enjeksiyonda en önemli kısım olan enjeksiyon silindirinin denetimi için üç kademeli elektrohidrolik servo valf seçilmişti. Aynı zamanda tasarlanan sistemin matematik modeli oluşturuldu. Bu modelde, M kütlesinde bir helezonu hareket ettiren ve elektrohidrolik servo valf ile denetlenen silindir ve sistemin MATLAB programı ile çözümü araştırıldı.
This study concerns about hydraulic injection presses' main functions and control of these systems. In the study, an effectiveness comparison has been carried out for three different hydraulic pumps. After selection of the most effective hydraulic pump with hydraulic accumulator, then a hydraulic injection press has been designed. During the design stages, in order to increase product quality and sensitivity of the control system, proportional valve has been used in the press cylinder and servo valve has been used in the injection cylinder. For the control of the injection cylinder situations that is the most important section in injection processes a three stages electrohydraulic servo valve has been used. A mathematic model of system also has been established. In this model, with mass(M) of helix has been driven with symmetrical cylinder and solution of these controlled by electrohydraulic servo valves are investigated by MATLAB programing.
