Abstract

In addition to the requirements of private life, the stressors of working life often cause the individual to lose their physiological and psychological resistance and, in addition, to affect efficiency in a wide range: Some of the stressors arising from working life are included in the scope of physical working conditions (noise, vibration, weather conditions, lighting scheme). . This work; It is a study to examine the acute and chronic individual results of working in extreme physical conditions and the organizational effects with the theoretical information and the findings of the application performed in three businesses in the light of this information.
