Abstract
Bu tezin amacı, genel olarak kurutma incelenirken ele alınan transport olaylarının tekstil kurutma teorisinde nasıl uygulandığının incelenmesidir. Kurutmayla ilgili temel kavramlar açıklandıktan sonra düz bir gözenekli levha olarak göz önünde bulundurulan kumaşta kütle transferi incelenmiştir. Tekstil ön kurutmasında adyabatik sıkıştırılabilir akis teorisi kullanılarak düze-kumaş sisteminin hidrodinamiği tanımlanmıştır. Bu sistem tekstil ön kurutmasında son zamanlarda geliştirilen gaz-kinetik yöntemlerden en iyi sonuçlara sahip olanıdır. Tekstil kurutmasında konveksiyon kurutma sunulduktan sonra, gözenekli silindirler üzerinde kurutma işlemi sırasında tekstil malzemesindeki transport olayı incelenmiştir.
The object of this thesis is to examine how transport phenomena which is considered in drying as general is applied to textile drying theory. After fundamental concepts are explained, mass transfer in the fabric which is considered as a flat porous plate is investigated. In textile predrying the hydrodynamics of the nozzle- fabric system have been described using the theory of adiabatic compressible flow. This system is one of the gas- kinetic methods which were developed in recent years and has optimum results. In textile drying, after the convection drying is introduced, transport phenomena in textile materials is. investigated during the drying of textile materials on porous rollers.
