Abstract
Bu çalışmada, besiyerlerinin bulunduğu plakların hava ile temas ettirilmesi yöntemi kullanılarak, Bursa çevresinde değişik besin işletmeleri ve depolarının mikobiontasının belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu sebeple 1 Aralık 1995 - 15 Ekim 1996 tarihleri arasında 1.5 aylık peryotlarla 16 besin işletmesi ve depolarından 8 defa örnek alınmıştır. Bir yıllık süre içinde alınan 864 petri plağı örneği üzerinde yapılan çalışmada toplam 3152 koloni sayılmıştır. Plaklardan kolonileri saflaştırmak suretiyle 20 genusa ait, 63 tür ve 4 varyete izole edilmiştir. İzole edilen türler içerisinde Aspergillus ve Penicillium genuslarına ait 12 tür ve 1 varyete Türkiye için yeni kayıttır.
We aimed to detect the mycobionta of the different kinds of food plants and storages around Bursa, by the method of exposure of the plates to the pure air. We took 8 times samples from 16 food plants and storages for each 1.5 month periods between December 1st 1995 - October 15th 1996. We gained 3152 colonies on 864 petri plates for a year. 63 moulds species and 4 varieties belong to 20 genera have been isolated by pure culture methods. 12 species and 1 variety which belong to Aspergillus and Penicillium genera are the first found in Turkey.
