Abstract
Nüfus, sosyal ve ekonomik gelişme düzeyi, sanayileşme, kentleşme, teknolojik gelişme gibi birçok sosyoekonomik etmene bağlı olarak ülkelerin enerji talebi değişmektedir. Geçtiğimiz on yılda ülkemizde yaşanan ekonomik büyüme ve sosyal kalkınma enerji tüketiminde artışa neden olmuştur. Bu doğrultuda, ihtiyaç duyulan enerji, ekonomik büyümeyi ve sosyal kalkınmayı gerçekleştirecek şekilde zamanında, yeterli, sürekli ve çevresel etkisi dikkate alınarak sağlanmalıdır. Bunun için de alternatif enerji stratejileri belirlemek ve önceliklendirmek gerekmektedir. Bu çalışmada Türkiye Enerji-Denge Tablolarından yararlanılarak 1970-2011 verileri kullanılmış, Long Range Energy Alternatives Planning System (LEAP) Programında Türkiye’de uzun dönemli enerji arz ve talep projeksiyonları geliştirilmiştir. Elektrik talebi için iki senaryo, elektrik üretimi için ise dört senaryo oluşturularak, sonuçları değerlendirilmiştir.
Energy demand of countries changes depending on many socia-economic factors like their population, the level of social and economic development, industrialization, urbanization and technological development. In the past decade, economic growth and social development in our country has been led to increase in energy consumption. Accordingly, the amount of energy needed must be provided that so as to realize the economic growth and social development in time, safisfactory, uninterrupted and taking into account the environmental impact. For this reason, it is necessary to determine and prioritize the alternative energy strategies. In this study, used data 1970-2011 from using Turkey’s Energy-Balance Tables and developed a long-term energy supply and demand projections for Turkey in Long Range Energy Alternatives Planning System Program. Two scenarios for energy demand and four scenarios for electricity generation are created and their results evaluated.
