Abstract
Ergin ve değişik cinsiyette beş adet Kıvırcık koyunu, beş adet Yerli kıl keçisi ile beş adet Türk çoban köpeğinde (Karabaş - Kangal) yapılan bu çalışma ile articulatio coxae ve articulatio genus’un capsula articularis’ini innerve eden sinirlerin makroanatomik, subgros ve karşılaştırmalı olarak incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Böylece üç hayvan türünde ilgili eklemlerin capsula articularis’lerine ait innervasyon özelliklerinin ayrıntılı olarak ortaya konması, türe özgü farklılıkların ya da aynı ırk içerisinde varyasyonların olup olmadığının tespiti ve elde edilecek sonuçların bu alanda yapılacak çalışmalara temel oluşturması amaçlanmıştır. Çalışmamızda, Türk çoban köpeğinde articulatio coxae’nın capsula articularis’inin craniolateral’i n. gluteus cranialis, caudolateral’i n. ischiadicus, ventromedial’i n. femoralis’in rr. articulares’i tarafından innerve edilirken, Kıvırcık koyunu ve Yerli kıl keçisinde capsula articularis’in dorsolateral’inin n. ischiadicus, medial’inin n. obturatorius ve craniomedial’inin n. saphenus’un rr. articulares’i tarafından innerve edildiği tespit edildi. Articulatio genus’un capsula articularis’inin çalışmamız sonucunda her üç türde de n. saphenus, n. tibialis ve n. fibularis communis’in rr. articulares’i ile innerve edildiği saptandı. Articulatio genus’un medial’i n. saphenus’un rr. articulares’i, caudal’i n. tibialis’in rr. articulares’i ve lateral’i n. fibularis communis’in rr. articulares’i tarafından innerve edildiği gözlendi. İncelenen bu üç yerli hayvan ırkı arasında capsula articularis’in innervasyonunda rr. articulares sayısı olarak her iki eklemde de en çok Türk çoban köpeği’inde değişkenlik gözlenmiştir. Çalışmamıza konu olan eklemlerden ise articulatio coxae’nin capsula articularis’ine gelen rr. articulares’in, art. genus’un capsula articularis’ine gelenlere göre sayı, köken ve yerleşim olarak daha fazla değişkenlik gösterdiği saptanmıştır.
The aim of this study was the macroanatomic, subgross and comparative investigation of the nerves innervating capsula articularis of articulatio coxae and articulatio genus in Turkish shepherd dog (Karabash-Kangal), Kivircik sheep and native hair goat. The study was carried out on five adult animals, male and female, of these species each. The study targeted to reveal the innervation characteristics of the capsula articulares of these joints in detail, to demonstrate the species-specific or intraspecies variations and, thus, to form a basis for further studies to be performed in this field. The study revealed that the craniolateral area of the capsula articularis of articulatio coxae in Turkish shepherd dog is innervated by rami articulares of n. gluteus cranialis, the caudolateral area by rami articulares of n. ischiadicus and the ventromedial area by rami articulares of n. femoralis. In Kivircik sheep and native hair goat, the dorsolateral area of the capsula articularis of articulatio coxae is innervated by rr. articulares of n. ischiadicus, the medial area by rr. articulares of n. obturatorius and the craniomedial area by rr. articulares of n. saphenus. The examinations also revealed that capsula articularis of art. genus is innervated by rr. articulares of n. saphenus, n. tibialis and n. fibularis in all three species. The medial area of the capsula articularis of articulatio genus is innervated by rami articulares of n. saphenus, the caudal area by rami articulares of n. tibialis and lateral area by rami articulares of n. fibularis communis. The most prominent variations in the number of rr. articulares innervating capsula articularis of art. coxae and art. genus was observed in the Turkish shepherd dog. A higher rate of variation was also observed in the number, origin and location of rr. articulares innervating capsula articularis of articulatio coxae when compared with those of articulatio genus.
