Abstract
Bu araştırma, ilköğretim okulları II. Kademe resim-iş derslerinde kullanılan değerlendirme yöntemlerini belirlemek için yapılmıştır. Bu araştırmada araştırma yöntemleri kullanılmış, kaynak tarama yapılmış ve anket tekniği uygulanmıştır. Daha sonra sonuçlar çözümleme yolu ile yorumlanmıştır. Araştırmada problem durumunu belirlenmesi için, eğitim, sanat eğitimi, ölçme ve değerlendirme kavramları ve yöntemleri ile ilgili bilgilerin yer aldığı kaynaklar taranmıştır. Araştırma ilköğretim okulları II. kademe düzeyinde sınırlı tutulmuş ve ilköğretim okullarında görev yapan resim-iş eğitimi öğretmenlerinin ölçme ve değerlendirmeyi nasıl yaptıkları belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Bursa ilinde çalışan 75 resim-iş eğitimi öğretmenine, 45 sorudan oluşan bir anket uygulanmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda, resim-iş eğitimi öğretmenlerinin değerlendirmelerini ürüne dayalı yaptıkları ve öğrencilerin tutumları ve ilgileri ile ilişkili olmadığını göstermektedir. Anket verileri ile geleneksel sanat testleri, anket ve envater gibi ölçümleme araçlarının sanat eğitimi değerlendirmesinde kullanım oranlarının düşük olduğu belirlenmiştir. Öğretmenler arasında ölçümleme ve değerlendirme yöntemlerinin kullanımında anlamlı farklılıklar tespit edilmemiştir. Sonuç olarak sanat eğitimi değerlendirmesinde, sanat eğitimi öğretmenleri tarafından farklı sanat eğitimi ölçümleme strajelerinin uygulanmadığı tespit edilmiştir. Öğretmenlerin değerlendirmede farklı yöntemleri uygulamama sebeplerinin sanat eğitimindeki gelişmeleri takip etmemeleri, kaynak yetersizliği, resim-iş programın yapısı, ders saatinin yetersizliği ve sınıfların kalabalık oluşu ile açıklanabilir. Sanat eğitimdeki bazı problemlerin sanat eğitimi ve değerlendirme yöntemleri hakkında öğretmenlere yönelik hizmet içi eğitim ile çözülebileceği önerilemektedir. Sanat eğitimi sanat tarihi, sanat eleştirisi, estetik ve sanat uygulmasından oluşan disiplin temmelli sanat eğitimi yöntemi ve performans ölçümleme strajelerine yönelik inşaa edilirse, sanat eğitimi değerlendirmesi daha iyi bir yöntemle yapılabilecektir.
This research was made to define the methods of evaluation which is used in art education for second of primary education. At this research research methods were used, resource search was made and techniques of questionnaire were used. Afterwards results was compared in an analysis way. At this research, resources which contain information to the terms of education, art education, assessment and evaluation technque was examined to determinate the type of the problem condition. At this research which is restricted only for second degree of elementary school and it is tried to find how the art teachers who work in primary- secondary schools define the measurement and evaluation. The questionnaire existing with 45 questions was applied to 75 art teacher who works in city of Bursa. The questionnaire result shows that art teachers’ assessment and evaluation is related with the evaluation of product and it is not related with the students’ attitudes and interests. The results also shows that types of assessment tools like traditional art tests, questionnaire and inventory are used in low percentage in art education evaluation. There is no significant difference between the art teacher assessment and evaluation techniques. As a result it was determined in art education evaluation that different art education assessment strategies are not used by art teachers. The reasons of no different methods are used by art teachers is explained by art teachers don’t follow the developments in art education, insufficient resources, art teaching program construction, lack of lessons hours and crowded classes. It is suggested that some problems in art education can be solved by inservice teacher trainnig for art education and assessment methods. If art education applies with discipline-based art education methods which composed art history, art criticism, aesthetic and art production and which constructed performance assessment strategies, art education evaluation can be done in a better way.
