Abstract
51 yaşında erkek olgu, sağ kalp yetmezliği bulguları ile değerlendirildi. Renkli Doppler Ekokardiyografi'de sağ atriumda 7x8 cm boyutlarında büyük bir kitle tespit edildi. Nadir bir vaka olması nedeni ile, bu çalışmada cerrahi olarak başarı ile opere edilen dev sağ atrial miksomalı bir olgu sunduk ve literatürü gözden geçirdik
A fifty-one years old male patient was investigated for the signs and symptoms of right heart failure. At Color Doppler Echocardiography a lagre mass (7x8 cm) was found in the right atrium. In this case report, we present a patient with right atrial myxoma which has been successfully operated and cured. Because of it a seldom case, we review the literature.
