Abstract
Bu çalışmada, sıçanlarda D-penicillamine 'in bazı hematolojik parametreler üzerindeki etkisi araştırılmıştır. Bu amaçla sıçanlar 6 gruba bölünmüş ve birinci grup kontrol grubu, diğerleri test grubu olarak ayrılmıştır. Kontrol grubu dışındaki sıçanlara 50-100-150-200 ve 300 mg/günde gibi değişik dozlardaki D-penicillamine 10 hafta süre ile oral olarak uygulanmıştır. Tedaviden sonra kontrol grubu dışındaki sıçanlarda anlamlı bir trombositopeni ve nötrofili ve mutlak lenfosit artışı ile birlikte giden bir lökositoz saptanmıştır. Kontrol grubu dışındaki tüm sıçanlarda kemik iliği hipersellüler ve megakaryositlerden zengin olarak bulunmuştur.
In this study we searched the effects of D-penicillamine on some hematologic parameters on the rats. The animals were divided into six groups. The first group was the control group, the second to sixth groups were the test groups. They were given 50 mg/day, 100 mg/day, 150 mg/day, 200 mg/day and 300 mg/day D-penicillamine respectively for 10 weeks orally. We found a significant thrombocytopenia and neutrophilic leukocytosis with absolute lymphocyte dominance in all groups except the control group after the treatment. In all the groups except the control group the bone marrow was hypercellular and rich in megakaryocytes.
