Abstract
Bu çalışmada; 1995-1998 yılları arasında Adli Tıp Kurumu Bursa Grup Başkanlığında otopsileri yapılan 1496 olgudan, 0-18 yaş grubunda olan toplam 191 çocuk otopsi olgusu değerlendirilmiştir. Olguların 63 'ü (% 32.9) 0-4, 19'u (% 9.9) 5-9, 27 'si (% 14.1) 10-14, 82 'si (% 42.9) I5-I8 yaş grubunda olup, olguların 109 'u (% 57) erkek, 82 'si (% 42.9) kız çocuklarıdır. Olgular ölüm orjinine göre değerli indirildiğinde, kaza sonucu meydana gelen ölümlerin 74 olgu (% 38. 7) ile ilk sırada yer aldığı görülmüştür. Fatal sonuçlanan kazalarda ölüm nedenleri değerlendirildi, zehirlenmeler 24 olgu (% 32.4) ile ilk sırada bulunmakta, bunu 24 (% 28.3) ve 11(% 14. 8) olgu ile suda boğulmalar ve künt travmalar izlemektedir. Bu çalışmayla, adli otopsi gruplarındaki çocuk ölümlerinin yoğunluğunun önlenebilir kazalar olduğu belirlenmiş ve bu kazaların önlenmesinde toplumun eğitimin önemi vurgulanmak izlenmiştir.
In this study, we evaluated 191 childhood autopsy cases who were in the age group of 0-18 years old, in the autopsies on a total of 1496 cases have been done by Bursa Group Chairman of the Forensic Medicine Association between 1995 and 1998. Of the cases 63 (32.9 %) were in the 0-4 age group, 109 (19.9 %) in the 5-9 age group, 27 (14.1 %) in the 10-14 age group, 82 (42.9 %) in the 15-18 age group. 109 cases were male and 82 cases were female. By evaluation of the manner of death of the cases, accidental deaths were in the first place with 74 cases (38. 7 %). By evaluation of the cause of deaths of the accidental deaths, poisonings were in the first place with 24 cases (32.4 %), then drowning and blunt traumas were came with 21 (28. 3 %) and 11 (14.8 %) cases. By this study, it was found that most of the childhood deaths in the forensic autopsy cases were preventable accidents and in the prevention of these accidents, importance of the society's education has been wanted to mention.
