Abstract
Bu çalışmanın amacı yalnızlık duygusu ve Allah’a bağlanma stilleri arasındaki ilişkiyi tespit etmektir. Amacımızı gerçekleştirmek üzere ilk olarak konunun teorik çerçevesi çizilerek kavramsal zemin hazırlanmıştır. Sonrasında ölçeklerle elde edilen veriler SPSS programı ile analiz edilerek yorumlanmıştır. Bu çalışma 2021 yılında Türkiye’de yaşayan 20-65 yaş arası 556 birey ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmaya katılan kişilerin yalnızlık düzeyleri, Allah’a bağlanma stilleri ve yetişkin bağlanma stilleri ölçülmüştür. Buna göre “UCLA Yalnızlık Ölçeği Vol-3”, “Tanrı’ya Bağlanma Ölçeği” ve “Yakın İlişkilerde Yaşantılar Envanteri(YİYE)” kullanılmıştır. Çalışmamız dört ana bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölüm yalnızlığın tanımından, yalnızlık tiplerinden, yalnızlığın nedenlerinden ve ruh sağlığıyla ilişkisinden bahsetmektedir. İkinci bölüm genel olarak bağlanma kuramının teorik çerçevesinden, bağlanma stillerinden, çocukluk ve yetişkinlikte Allah’a bağlanma gelişiminden ve İslam’ın Allah tasavvurundan bahsetmektedir. Üçüncü bölüm hipotezlerden, araştırmanın modelinden, sınırlılıklarından, varsayımlarından, araştırmanın yönteminden ve kullanılan ölçeklerle ilgili genel bilgilerden bahsetmektedir. Dördüncü bölüm ise araştırma sonucundan elde edilen bulgulardan ve bunların değerlendirilmesinden oluşmaktadır. Araştırma sonuçları yalnızlık duygusu ile Allah’a bağlanma stilleri arasında bir ilişki olduğunu göstermiştir. Buna göre Allah’a güvenli bağlanan bireyler güvensiz bağlanan bireylere göre daha az yalnızlık hissetmektedir. Ayrıca yetişkin bağlanma stilleri ile Allah’a bağlanma stilleri arasında anlamlı bir ilişki olduğu bulunmuştur. Buna göre yakın ilişkilerinde güvenli bağlanan bireyler Allah’a da güvenli bağlanmıştır. Elde edilen bu sonuç uygunluk/ikame hipotezini destekler niteliktedir.
The aim of this study is to determine the relationship between loneliness and attachment styles to Allah. In order to realize our aim, first of all, the theoretical framework of the subject has been drawn up and a conceptual basis has been prepared. After that, the data obtained with the scales were analyzed and interpreted using the SPSS program. This study was carried out in 2021 with 556 individual who aged 20-65 living in Turkey. Loneliness levels, attachment styles to Allah and adult attachment styles of the people participating in the study were measured. Accordingly, the "UCLA, Loneliness Scale - Version 3", the "Attachment to God Scale" and the "Experiences in Close Relationships Inventory" were used. Our study consists of four main parts. The first part mentions about the definition of loneliness,types of loneliness, causes of loneliness and its relationship with mental health. The second part generally talks about the theoretical framework of attachment theory, attachment styles, the development of attachment to Allah in childhood and adulthood, and the conception of Islam as Allah. The third part talks about hypotheses, the model of the research, limitations, assumptions, the method of the research and general information about the scales which is used. The fourth section mentions the findings obtained from the research result and their evaluation. The results of the research have shown that there is a relationship between the feeling of loneliness and the styles of attachment to Allah. According to this, individuals who are securely attached to Allah feel less loneliness than individuals who are insecure attached to Allah. In addition, it found that there is a significant relationship between adult attachment styles and attachment styles to Allah. Accordingly, individuals who are securely attached in their close relationships are also securely attached to Allah. This obtained result supports the correspondence hypothesis.
