Abstract
1974-1985 yılları arasında Uludağ Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Üroloji Anabilim Dalına başvuran yüzsekiz mesane tümörlü olgu yaş, cinsiyet, etyoloji, meslek, patolojik sınıflandırma, tümör lokalizasyonu, grade derecelendirilmesi, tedavi ve yaşam süresi açısından incelendi. Hastaların yaş ortalaması 62'ydi. Tümör erkeklerde daha fazlaydı (% 88). Olguların % 90'ı sigara kullanıyordu. Meslek açısından bir özellik saptanmadı. Tümörlerin % 77 oranında papiller karakterde olduğu saptandı. Histopatolojik değerlendirilmesi yapılan 98 olguda % 96 oranında değişici epitel karsinomu bulundu. Tümörün mesanedeki lokalizasyonu, sol yan duvarda% 24, yaygın% 24, sağ yan duvarda % 23, karşı duvar, tavan ve tabanda % 26 mesane boynunda ise% 1 olarak bulundu. Olguların % 27's in Grade Il, % 24'ünün Grade III olduğu saptandı. Tedavi olarak 69 olguya transüretral rezeksiyon yapıldı olgularımızın 77 tanesi düzenli takibe gelmiştir. Bunlardan beşi (% 4) tam şifa ile sonuçlandı. Onikisi (% 15) öldü. Altmış olgu halen izlenmektedir.
The 108 cases with bladder tumors who applied to Urologic Department Uludağ University Medical Faculty between 1974-1985 were clasified according to their age, sex, etiology, proffession, pathology, the localization of tumor, grade, treatment, treatment and suruival rates. The mean age was 62. Most of the cases were male (88 %). 90 % of the cases were cigarette smokers. Profession was of no significance. 77 % of tumors were papillary. Following histopathologic examination transitional epithelial carcinomas were detected in 96 % of the cases. The localization of tumors in the bladder were at the left side wall 24 %, generalized 24 %, at the right side wall 23 %, at the back, bottom and top wall 26 %, vesical neck 1 %. The grading was grade II 27 %, grade 24 %. In 69 cases, transurethral resection was applied as treatment. 77 of the cases came to me to follow up regularly. 5 of them healed completely, 12 of them died, 60 of them are still under follow up.
