Abstract
Bu çalışmada, günümüzde erken doğumun önlenmesinde kullanılan ve B-mimetik grup ilaçlardan olan Ritodrin hidroklorür, 1986 yılında kliniğimize erken doğum tehdidi ile yatırılan gebelerde uygulanmış ve hastaların % 53.3'ünde gebelik 37 haftanın üzerine çıkarılabilmiştir.
In this study, Ritodrin HCl which is one of the B-mimetic group of drugs, currently used for preterm labor, was applied to the pregnant patients who were admitted to our clinic with this indication in 1986 and the duration of pregnancy was prolonged ouer 37 weeks in 53.3 % of the patients.
