Abstract
Sacrococcygeal teratoma 1/35.000 doğumda bir görülen yenidoğan döneminin en sık rastlanan solid tümörüdür. Prenatal dönemde ultrasonla yanlış tanı konan (ikiz gebelik) ve doğum esnasında sacrococcygeal teratomu saptanan olgu sunuldu ve ilgili literatür gözden geçirildi.
Sacrococcygeal teratoma (SCT) is the most common solid tumor of the newborn with a reported incidence of 1 in 35.000 live births. We present a case prenatally misdiagnosed (as twin pregnancy) by ultrasound and diagnosed to be sacrococcygeal teratoma during vaginal delivery. The canceming literature reviewed.
