Abstract
Bu araştırma, ileri generasyon kolza hatları ve çeşitlerinin bazı verim ve kalite özelliklerinin belirlenmesi amacıyla 2015-2016 vejetasyon döneminde Balıkesir İli, Ayvalık İlçesi koşullarında yürütülmüştür. Araştırmada bitki materyali olarak 10 adet ileri generasyon kolza hattı (SC-04, BC-12, QS-18, BS-07, QB-12, CB-16, QC-25, SQ-09, CQ-05 ve SB-28) ile şahit olarak 5 farklı kolza çeşidi (Süzer, Orkan, NK Caravel, DK Excalibur ve Elvis) kullanılmıştır. Tarla denemeleri dört tekerrürlü tesadüf blokları deneme desenine göre yürütülmüştür. Araştırma sonucunda, kolzada çeşit seçimini en fazla etkileyen erkencilik, verim ve kalite gibi özellikler bakımından DK Excalibur ve Elvis çeşitleri ile QC-25 ve SC-04 hatları en iyi sonuçları vermiştir. En yüksek tane verimini DK Excalibur çeşidi 437,0 kg/da ile vermiştir. QC-25 hattı ise 381,2 kg/da ile en yüksek tane verimine sahip ileri generasyon kolza hattı olmuştur. DK Excalibur çeşidi aynı zamanda ham yağ oranı (% 49,7) ve ham yağ verimi (217,5 kg/da) bakımından da ilk sırada yer almıştır.
This research was carried out in 2015-2016 vegetation period in Ayvalık district in Balıkesir province in order to determine some yield and quality characteristics of advanced generations rapeseed lines and cultivars. In the research, 10 advanced generations of rapeseed lines (SC-04, BC-12, QS-18, BS-07, QB-12, CB-16, QC-25, SQ-09, CQ-05 and SB-28) and 5 different double zero rapeseed cultivars (Süzer, Orkan, NK Caravel, DK Excalibur and Elvis) were used as plant material. Field trials were conducted according to a randomized complete block experimental design with four replications. At the end of the research, DK Excalibur and Elvis cultivars and QC-25 and SC-04 lines gave the best results in terms of characteristics such as earliness, yield and quality which most effected the selection of cultivars. DK Excalibur cultivar yielded the highest seed yield with 437.0 kg/da. The QC-25 line was the advanced generation rapeseed line with the highest seed yield with 381.2 kg/da. The DK Excalibur cultivar was also in the first place in terms of crude oil content (49.7 %) and crude oil yield (217.5 kg da).
