Abstract
Tezin amacı viskoelastik teori kullanılarak dokuma kumaşların mekanik davranışını belirlemektir. Tez çalışması kapsamında öncelikle, lineer viskoelastik kavramlar ve viskoelastik değişkenlerin ölçümü incelenmiştir. Dokuma kumaşların mekanik özelliklerinin ölçümü için elektromekanik üniversal bir test cihazı tasarlanmış ve üretilmiştir. Test cihazının çalıştırılması ve test rutinlerinin gerçekleştirmesi için gerekli algoritmalar Matlab programında Data Acquisition Toolbox kullanılarak geliştirilmiştir. Test rutini sonucunda elde edilen sinyal verileri, Prony serisinde değerlendirilmiş ve kumaşların viskoelastik davranışı belirlenmiştir. Tez çalışması kapsamında, döşemelik dokuma kumaşların viskoelastik karakteristikleri verilen denklemler ile incelenmiştir
The aim of this dissertation is to determine the mechanical behavior of woven fabrics by using viscoelastic theory. In the scope of this, linear viscoelastic concepts and measurement of viscoelastic variables are investigated. For the measurement of mechanical properties of woven fabrics, electromechanical universal tensile testing system is designed and built. The algorithms needed to run test instrument and the routine are developed in the Matlab using the Data Acquisition Toolbox. Signal data from the test is evaluated with Prony series, and then the viscoelastic behavior of woven fabrics is obtained. The viscoelastic properties of upholstery woven fabrics are modelled by experimental data.
