Abstract
Bu çalışmada son yıllarda U.Ü. Veteriner Fakültesi Doğum ve Jinekoloji Kliniğine getirilen çeşitli evcil dişi hayvanlarda rastlanılan meme tümörlerinin yapısal özellikleri ile, für ve yaşa göre dağılımları incelendi. Köpeklerdeki meme tümörü insidansı kedilerden daha fazla bulundu. Meme tümörlerinin görülme yaşı ortalama 9.75 olarak saptandı.
In this study mammary gland tumors of female domestic animals which was brought to the Department of obstetrics and Gynecology of Veterinary Faculty in the last years were investigated. It was seen that the dogs showed more tumor incidence than the cats. The average age for mammary gland tumors was found 9.75.
