Abstract
Abdest, dinî bir temizliktir. Bu temizlik, el-Mâide Suresi 5/6’da emredilmiştir. Bu âyet aynı zamanda abdestin, farzlarına da işâret etmektedir. Ancak bu konu mezhepler arasında ihtilâflıdır. Abdesti bozan şeyler konusunda da ihtilâf vardır. Bu ihtilâflardan biri de, vücudun herhangi bir yerinde kan çıkması ve çıktığı yerin etrafına dağılmasıdır. Diğer üç mezhebin aksine Hanefîler bu durumun abdesti bozduğu kanaatindedir. Hanefîler bu konuda en-Nisâ 4/43 ve el-Mâide 5/6 âyetlerini delil getirmişlerdir. Hanefîler bu konuda çeşitli hadislerden de istidlâlde bulunmuşlardır. Bunların başında, sürekli istihâza kanı gören Fâtıma bnt. Ebî Hubeyş'in yaşadığı bu problemi Hz. Peygamber'e iletmesinin anlatıldığı hadis gelmektedir. Bu makâlede “Müstehâza Hadisi” ismiyle bilinen bu hadisin tahric ve tenkidi üzerinde durulacaktır.
The ablution is religious cleanliness. This cleanliness is commanded in Surah el-Maıda 5/6 in Quran. This verse, at the same time, indicates the ablution’s obligations. But the juristic 130 schools differ in these obligations. There are some differences between schools also in which cancels the ablution. One of these differences is bleeding. According to the Hanafian School, contrary to another three schools, the bleeding cancels the ablution. The Hanafian scholarships put evidence the Nısa 4/43 and Maıda 5/6 verses. The Hanafians conclude in this matter in some hadiths. The most important of these hadiths is which named “Mustahaza Hadith”. In this hadith, Fatıma bnt. Ebî Hubeyş, a companion of the Prophet Muhammed, narrates that she complained to Prophet of her vaginal bleeding out of menstruation. This study contains a critique of this hadith.
