Abstract
Bu çalışmada, mevcut bir ticari araç sürücü koltuğunun statik ve dinamik konfor kriterlerine göre durumu incelenmiştir. Konfor değerlendirmesinden önce koltukta bulunan iskelet yapı, sünger ve amortisöre ait mekanik özellikleri öğrenmek için ayrı ayrı fiziksel testler yapılmıştır. Bu testlerden elde edilen veriler, koltuğa ait sonlu elemanlar modeli kurulmasında kullanılmıştır. Çalışmada kullanılan koltuğa ait hem fiziksel testler hem de sonlu elemanlar analizi yöntemiyle statik ve dinamik konfor değerlendirmesi yapılmıştır. Statik konfor değerlendirmesinde koltuk ve yolcu arasındaki basınç dağılımı incelenmiştir. Dinamik konfor ise ISO 2631 standardına ve koltuğa ait SEAT değerine göre değerlendirilmiştir. Çalışmanın sonunda testlerden elde edilen verilere göre koltuğun statik ve dinamik konfor kriterlerine göre konforlu olduğu gözlemlenmiştir.
In this study, an existing driver seat for a commercial vehicle was investigated with depending static and dynamic comfort criteria. Before the comfort evaluation, some physical component tests were done to achieve mechanical properties of the sub-systems as seat frame, foam and damper separately. With achieved mechanical properties, a finite element model was prepared for the complete seat. For the comfort evaluations, both physical tests and finite element analysis were performed. Static comfort was evaluated with pressure distribution between passenger and seat foam. Dynamic comfort was evaluated by depending ISO 2631 standard and SEAT values. At the end of this study, the existing seat was observed as a comfortable seat according to standards.
