Abstract
Küreselleşme ve yeni ekonominin artık kaçınılmaz bir süreç olduğu anlaşılan şu dünyada, hızlanan teknoloji, dünyayı küçültmüş, dolayısıyla bütün kitlelere kolayca ulaşılır hale getirmiştir. Ekonomilerde alıcı satıcı arasındaki mübadelenin tümünü para ve paranın türevleri şeklinde doldurması finansal piyasaların önemini artırırken değişen dünya bankacılık sektörünün diğer sektörlerden daha hızlı şekilde gelişmesine neden olmuştur.Dijital teknoloji ve iletişimin hızlanması paralelinde özellikle internetin keşfi ile önceleri oldukça yavaş yapılan işlemler son yirmi yıldaki gelişmelerle artık çok kısa sürede yapılır hale gelmiştir. Öyle ki para, reel ve parasal analiz tartışmalarına münhasıran, ne sadece değişimi kolaylaştırmak için kullanılan bir araç, nede ekonomiyi örten bir tüldür. Bizzat ekonominin ifadesinin kendisi haline gelmiştir. Bu hıza paralel olarak finansal sektörün merkezini oluşturan bankalar ve bankaların merkezinde Merkez Bankası fonksiyonları ve sundukları ürün çeşitleri ve hizmet kalitesi artarken, diğer taraftan kullanılan teknikler sektörün gelişmesinin kaçınılmaz olmasını sağlamıştır.Günümüzde, finans sektöründe öne çıkan bir diğer gelişme ise Bankalararası Para Piyasası'nın para ve bankacılık sisteminde olmazsa olmaz temelini teşkil etmesidir. Diğer taraftan tez konusu Bankalararası Para Piyasası hakkında yapılan incelemenin zorlu bir konu ve bir o kadar da riskli girişim olduğunu, okuyucular ve değerlendiriciler tarafından gözden uzak tutulması gereken önemli bir husus olduğudur. Ancak bu noktada finansal sistem içinde tez konusu Bankalararası Para Piyasası'nın önemini, kapsamını ve gelişmesini sektörün içindeki deneyimlere sahip olan uygulamalı bir araştırmayı kapsamıştır.
Nowadays, globalization and the new economy are considered as an inevitable process that accelerating technology has made the world smaller. Thus it has become easy to reach the people. The fact that all of the money exchange between buyers and sellers in the economies turns into money and its derivations has been increasing the importance of the financial markets while it causes the banking sector to develop faster than the others.Through the acceleration of digital technology, communication and particularly the discovery of the internet, all the operations were done rather slowly previously are no longer being done in a very short time with especially the last decades. However, the money is neither a tool used to facilitate change nor a veil to cover the economy, exclusively to the debates with real and monetary analysis. It has become the meaning of economy itself. As parallel with this speed, in the banks which form the centre of the financial sector and Central Bank, the functions of Central Bank and variety and quality of its products have been increased. On the other hand, the techniques which are used have ensured that the development of the sector is inevitable.Today, another outstanding development is that interbank money market has served as a basis its importance in the monetary and banking system. On the other hand, the analysis of the interbank money market as the thesis topic is a hard and risky issue. It is a very important concern that should be kept out of sight by the readers and reviewers. But at this point, the thesis topic in interbank money market has included a practical research which has the importance, scope and development of interbank money market related to the experiences in the sector.
