Abstract
Plastik malzemeler özellikle günümüz teknolojisinin vazgeçilmez bir öğesi olmuştur. Bu çalışmada söz edilen % 35 cam lifi ile kuvvetlendirilmiş poliamid(PA) malzemesi de otomotiv sanayiinde pedal malzemesi olarak kullanılmaktadır. Bu çalışmada, enjeksiyonla kalıplama yöntemi ile üretilen parçalarda kullanılan bu malzemenin mekanik özelliklerindeki değişim, üretim süreci parametrelerinin değişimine bağlı olarak incelenmiştir. Bu suretle aynı malzemeden hareketle aynı üretim yöntemiyle fakat -sadece- üretim parametrelerini değiştirerek farklı mekanik özelliklere sahip malzemeler elde edilebilecektir. Kullanım amacına uygun mekanik özellikleri veren parametrelerin optimizasyonu ile, kullanım yerine işlev ve maliyeti uygun parçaların üretimi mümkün olacaktır.
In todays technology, plastic materials are used as a non give up element. The material PA strengthened with 35% of GF (glass fibre), which is mentioned in this study, is used in automotive industry as a material used on the clutch pedal of a car. The modification of the mechanical properties by changing the processing parametres of this material, which is used in the manufacture of parts with injection moulding method, is determined in this study. With this way using the same material with the same manufacturing method but -only- by changing process parameters, materials with different mechanical properties can be produced. Optimizing this parametres which obtain the proper mechanical properties, producing the parts which are suitable for the place of use could be possible.
