Abstract
Keman eğitimi, keman öğretimi yolu ile bireylerin davranışlarında keman çalmaya yönelik istendik değişiklikler meydana getirme sürecidir. Türkiye'de de oldukça eski bir geçmişe sahip olan keman eğitimi, Cumhuriyet öncesi dönemden başlayarak, ancak cumhuriyet döneminde daha yoğun, planlı ve resmi davet ile yurtdışından ülkemize gelen keman eğitimcilerinin katkıları ile büyük aşamalar kaydetmiş ve söz konusu eğitimcilerin bilgi ve tecrübeleri, yetiştirdikleri öğrenciler sayesinde günümüze kadar ulaşmıştır. Özellikle son on yılda,S.S.C.B.'nin dağılmasının ardından, ülkemize yerleşen çok sayıda keman eğitimcisi halen müzik eğitimi veren kurumlarda çalışmaya devam etmektedirler. Türkiye'deki yabancı uyruklu keman eğitimcilerinin Türk müzik eğitimine katkılarının araştırılması ve belirlenmesi amacı ile yapılan bu çalışmada ana soruya bağlı olarak eğitimcilerin ülkemize geliş nedenleri, hangi ülkelerden geldikleri, keman eğitimindeki kariyerleri, yetiştirdikleri öğrencilerin hangi kurumlarda çalışmayı tercih ettikleri gibi konularda detaylı bilgi sağlanmaya çalışılmıştır. Araştırma sırasında; günümüzde, Türkiye'de çalışan keman eğitimcilerinin bizzat kendilerine ulaşılmış ve görüşme yoluyla durumları belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Türkiye'de çalışan yabancı uyruklu keman eğitimcilerinin büyük bir bölümünün Türki Cumhuriyetlerden geldikleri, devlet sanatçısı unvanına sahip oldukları, bu unvanlarının yanı sıra akademik kariyer yaptıkları, bir çoğunun konservatuarlarda çalıştıkları tespit edilmiştir. Bu kişilerin sanatçı ve eğitimci kimliklerini en iyi şekilde ortaya koydukları, özellikle 1930'lu yıllarda özellikle Almanya'dan Türkiye'ye gelmiş yabancı uyruklu keman eğitimcilerinin yetiştirdikleri öğrencilerin Türk Müzik Eğitimi'ne olumlu katkılar sağladıkları ve bu katkıların günümüz Türkiye'sinde de devam ettiği sonucuna varılmıştır. Günümüzde de yabancı uyruklu keman eğitimcilerinden yararlanma yöntemi sayesinde kendi alanlarında uzman eğitimcilerin bilgi, tecrübe ve deneyimlerinden yararlanılarak nitelikli sanatçı ve eğitimciler yetiştirilmekte ve eğitim kalitesi yükseltilmektedir. Bu da genel olarak ülkemizdeki müzik ortamını olumlu yönde etkilemektedir.
Music education is the process of bringing out desired changes in the behaviours of individuals tovvards playing the violin through teaching how to play the violin. The education of violin playing, vvhich goes back to a remote past, starting from pre-republic era, developed intensively and significantly during the Republican period with the help of the violinists coming from abroad by planning and inviting officially, and so it has reached to our present time thanks to both those foreigners and the students having been educated by them. Especially in the last ten year, aftermath the collapsing of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, a considerable number of violin educators came to our country and they have stili been vvorking in our institutions vvhich are dealing with the activities of playing the violin. in this study vvhich is dealt with the intention of researching the foreign violin educators' contribution to our music education aims to achieve adequate Information about these foreigners by providing proper ansvvers to the questions, vvithin the frame of the main question, such as the reasons why those educators came to our country, what countries they came from, and for vvhich institutions their graduated students prefer to work. During the research those foreign violin educators who are now vvorking in Turkey have been personally visited and their conditions have been tried to make clear by face to face intervievv. It has been understood that most of those foreign violin educators vvorking in Turkey came from Turkic republicans, they have the certificate of State artist, that they have completed their academic study along with these social ranks , and some of them have been understood they vvorked in some conservatoires. It has been concluded that these educators have shovvn their artistic and educators identifications in the most positive way, especially that the graduates who had been educated by those foreigners who came to Turkey in 1930s have contributed to the Turkish Music education and that these contributions have continued up to present-day Turkey. Novvadays, thanks to method of making use of those foreign violin educators who are experts in their ovvn branches vvith their vast knovvledge, applicable experiences and competent approaches, gualified artists and educators have been educated and educating guality has been improving, vvhich has effected the medium of our domestic music education in a positive way.
