Abstract
I began to study on "Suggestion System", I understogd qpce, how important to work with people. People, perhaps I must say human. Nowadays it is very fashionable to pronounce that word. If you are an ordinary worker as I am you have to know how you will carry off your feelings, wishes or knowledge. If you are an administrator you have to understand your workers, you have to motive them and you have to eam money for your company. Because under today's conditions, it is very difficult to stand. You must understand your customer, you must take çare off quality and also price is very important. Everybody who works in the same company must shale everything with each other. "Suggestion System" is one of the simple way to share, understand, earn and motivation. If you are speaking about development, you must suggest about everything. If you want to be fîrst at your field, you must appraise suggestions. At the end, I recommend every company to have a "Suggestion System". Because it is really very cheap and workable. I would like to thank everybody for helping me to prepare that work-study. Also I would like to dedicate this study to my dearest grandmother Şüküfe Nihal TÜZÜNER.
