Abstract
Bu çalışmada, Bandırma ilçesi broiler işletmelerinin ekonomik yapısı, 24 adet broiler işletmesinden toplanan verilere bağlı olarak incelenmiştir. İşletmeler kapasitelerine göre; 10.000 adete kadar ve 10.000 adetten büyük olmak üzere iki guruba ayrılmıştır. Buna göre, incelenen işletmelerde piliç eti maliyeti; birinci grupta 32.133.-TL/kg. ikinci grupta, 30.474.-TL/kg., saf hasılaları ise; birinci gurupta 1.071.847.200.-TL ve ikinci grupta 5.545.995.830.-TL olarak hesaplanmıştır. Üretim maliyetinde, yem masrafları yaklaşık %73 değeri ile en yüksek paya sahiptir.
The determination of economic structure and related problems of broiler farms in Bandırma district were aimed in this study, based on the data collected from 24 broiler farms. Broiler farms have been analysed in two groups according to their capacities, the first group was up to 10.000 items and the second group was över 10.000. Poultry meat cost has been estimated in this the first group as 32133 TL/kg., in the second group as 30474 TL/kg.; net revenue in the first group as 1.071.847.200.-TL and the second group as 5.545.995.830.-TL. Feed expenses have the highest share almost with 73% in the production cost.
